Format and pricing
- Format: digital files (PDF ebooks, printable sheets and, in some cases, short video lessons), delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped.
- Prices: each product shows its exact price on its product page and at checkout, in United States dollars (USD). Most products cost between USD 7 and USD 70.
- Payment: one-time payment per product. We do not sell subscriptions.
- Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Some products offer optional add-ons (extra guides or printable kits) during checkout. Each add-on shows its own price before you accept it and is never added without your consent.
How buying works
- Choose a guide. Each product has its own page that describes the content, format and price in USD.
- Pay securely. Payments are processed by Stripe on an encrypted (HTTPS) checkout.
- Get your download. Right after payment you receive an email with your download link and receipt.
- Need help? Write to us and we answer within 1 business day.
Delivery policy
All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
- After a successful payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within 5 minutes.
- Files are delivered in PDF format and can be read on a phone, tablet or computer.
- If you do not receive the email within 1 hour, check your spam folder and then contact us at nexadigitallearning@gmail.com. We resend the link within 1 business day.
- Products are available to customers worldwide, except where prohibited by law (see Legal restrictions).
Refund and dispute policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every product. If the guide is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to nexadigitallearning@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number.
- We confirm your request within 1 business day. No questions asked.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it appears in 5 to 10 business days.
Returns
Because our products are digital, there is nothing to return. After a refund, the license to use the product ends.
Cancellations
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions and never charge you again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel after checkout.
Disputes
If you see a charge you do not recognize or have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within 1 business day, faster than a bank dispute.
Promotions and discounts
From time to time we offer discounted prices, bundles or bonus materials. The terms of each promotion (discount amount, included items and end date) are shown on the product page and at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and do not change the refund policy. Bonus materials are delivered together with the main product.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered on an encrypted checkout and are never stored on our servers. This website uses HTTPS on every page.

This website is operated by Nexa Digital Learning LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with business address at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182 ("we", "us").
2. Products and license
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
3. Educational content
Our guides are educational. Results in gardening and cooking depend on climate, materials, skill and effort, and we do not guarantee specific results or income.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in USD and charged once at checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is in another currency.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund policy.
6. Legal and export restrictions
We do not sell to persons or countries subject to United States sanctions or export restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Information we collect
Your name, email address and order details when you buy. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) through cookies and analytics tools to improve the website and measure our advertising.
How we use it
To deliver your products, send receipts, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and, if you agree, send you news about new guides. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to nexadigitallearning@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
Data retention and security
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and protect them with access controls and encrypted connections.
